Welding
Welding is a key process in the manufacturing of burners, combustors, and other high-performance gas turbine components.
At TEMA Energy, our experienced team of welders is managed by our welding engineers who develop all the procedures and specifications to realize our products, including:
- Automatic and semi-automatic laser welding
- Manual laser welding
- Automatic and semi-automatic TIG welding
- Manual TIG welding
All our welding processes are Nadcap approved.

Laser drilling
Laser drilling is a key process for modern combustors and high-performance components. Our in-house laser drilling machines are equipped with fiber lasers to create extremely precise holes, meeting strict tolerances and severe metallographic requirements.

Non-destructive testing (NDT)
Non-destructive testing (NDT) is necessary to check and validate the quality, integrity, and safety of our products.
Our in-house NDT capabilities include:
- Digital X-ray (RT)
- Semi-automatic line for PT and FPI lines
- Manual PT stations
All NDT processes are Nadcap approved, ensuring comprehensive inspection, defect detection, and full traceability of each component before delivery.

Flow testing
After manufacturing, all components undergo rigorous flow testing to ensure optimal performance. We conduct:
- Air flow tests
- Liquid flow tests (using water, diesel, or oil)
These tests guarantee that every part meets design specifications, providing reliable performance in both Oil & Gas and Power Generation environments.
